I've got five, that are all probably 'rock operas' rather than concept albums
SF Sorrow - Pretty Things
Village Green Preservation Society Kinks
Tommy - Who
Arthur - Kinks
Quadrophenia - Who
These are all great, but Messrs Davies and Townshend should probably be burnt at the stake for some of the other shit they inspired, much of it incidentally, produced by Ray Davies himself.

I do like concept albums as it gives the album a direction, as opposed to being a collection of tracks.

I'm probably going to add American IV: The Man Comes Around by Johnny Cash.
He'd probably turn in his grave to hear it described as a concept album, but every song is about death or at least loss. Very poignant coming from a man who is audibly dying. And it's a magnificent coda to the great man's career.
